Solaire Culture Exhibition
In 2023, Opus 11 took over the Veuve Clicquot restaurant to celebrate 250 years of heritage at its Sunny Side-Up Café, part of The Solaire Culture Exhibition in the iconic Piccadilly Circus. Working closely with Polar Black Events we helped make this project a huge success.
We worked in partnership with British chef Andi Oliver to develop a classic all-day breakfast menu with Caribbean influences, which was served alongside Veuve’s most popular labels seven days a week for the activation.
Our chefs worked tirelessly, keeping all food and service up to the high standards Opus 11 is known for. 4,000 pulled-pork burgers, 2,500 plantain waffles, and 2,000 bottles of champagne later, the seven-day-a-week activation was declared a huge success, with an incredible turnout over the month.
Our incredible event managers oversaw the whole process from start to finish, and our sister company, Kalon 11, supplied an outstanding team of experienced staff to help create an unforgettable experience for all guests.
