BRIEF
To manage and run the month-long Sunny Side Up Café at Veuve Clicquot’sSolaire Culture Exhibition – an event that marked 250 years of the celebrated champagne house.
EXECUTION
We worked in partnership with British chef Andi Oliver to develop a classic all-day breakfast menu with Caribbean influences, which was served alongside Veuve’s most popular labels seven days a week for the activation.
RESULT
4,000 pulled-rib burgers, 2,500 plantain waffles and 2,000 bottles of champagne were enjoyed by those who came to experience the Solaire Culture Exhibition in London’s Piccadilly.
