OUR STORY

Phenomenal food, master mixology, and immaculate service, combined with the company’s strong ethos of loyalty, inclusivity, and respect.

WHAT WE DO

At Opus 11 we have established a new definition of ‘luxury event catering’. Having built meaningful relationships with our clients, we develop creative menus through the artistry of exquisite food and master mixology, before delivering a unique event.

Our talented in-house chefs bring extensive experience from some of the world’s finest Michelin star restaurants, and our cocktails are created by the industry’s leading mixologists.

Meanwhile, our sister company, Kalon 11, specialises in sourcing and training the highest standard of staff; Through our partnership, we hand-select the perfect team for every project. A unique attribute for any cater.

Meticulous planning and an unmatched eye for detail allows you to focus on all other aspects of the event — a rare luxury for any host.

Sustainability

Since day one, we’ve been passionate advocates for sustainability and eco-friendly practices, believing through day-to-day actions we can help build a brighter future.

We are proud to be certified Carbon neutral and continue to off-set a further .5 of our carbon donating to local causes and charities.

Opus 11 only ever uses the best local suppliers, whether it’s partnering with Brewdog on its first carbon-negative lager or working with Belu and Life water so we can keep single-use plastic at an absolute minimum.

Our food reflects our beliefs, so not only have we removed unethical produce from our menus, but we also donate any food waste to The Felix Project. All of this and more is helping us achieve our ultimate goal of heading towards a zero-waste kitchen.

In 2022 we retired our old fleet of diesel
vans and now use solely electric vehicles.

Going forward, we'll continue to ensure these practices
remain at the centre of everything we do.
