The Holiday dinner
The end of last year saw us celebrating Christmas with the Lululemon holiday dinner. This event highlighted what we do best, creating an experience through food and service, paying attention to every detail from start to finish. From the branded ice paired with our distinctive cocktails, to our showstopping branded thirteen-kilogram tiramisu - every element of the set table meticulously measured to perfection.
Our menu from this evening included one of our favourites: Crispy rice, topped with burnt avocado, spicy emulsion wrapped in a nori sheet, topped with chia see caviar. We also incorporated another client favourite, pressed brisket, pickled cucumber, Swiss cheese, and Reuben sauce
To complement the stunning cuisine, our team choreographed an elegant and dramatic dinner service that perfectly matched the luxurious atmosphere of the event.
From the location to the service and the menu, every element of this bespoke dining experience reflected our commitment to excellence and luxury. We are incredibly proud to have partnered with Louis Vuitton on this spectacular evening, and we look forward to many more opportunities to create memorable, high-end events.
