GLENLIVET
200 YEAR CELEBRATION
Hosted at the original distillery, we created 110-guest dinner in the heart of the Scottish Highlands - celebrating 200 years of The Glenlivet's craftmanship and innovation but also seeing the launch of their new 55-Year-Old Eternal collection, First Edition.
We sourced ingredients from the local fishing town of Buckie, Hawthorn berries from the Glenlivet estate, and worked with the best suppliers in the Scottish Highlands. Each ingredient being incorporated into our dishes: Buckie roasted scallop, Aberdeen Angus beef fillet, and white chocolate & truffle panna cotta with Hawthorn berry powder.
This was an amazing opportunity for our company to showcase the attention to detail required on a project of this scale and in such a specific location. The logistics involved in taking our full team to Scotland was a challenge we managed superbly.




The experience of creating relationships with the suppliers not only allowed us to support local businesses but also gave our chefs creative reign to design and produce some truly outstanding dishes.
