Serpentine Gallery

PATRONS PARTY

An evening for the Serpentine Gallery, held at a private client’s residence, we were set to produce an Indian Maharaja style feasting table. This opulent festive-inspired table showcased some of our most luxury menu items.

From table draping to antique silverware and exquisite flowers, no details were excluded.

Features of the table included a whole side of salmon en croute – Fresh Atlantic salmon wrapped in puff pastry with a delicate scallop & garden herb mousse, spinach, brushed with saffron egg wash and baked to a deep golden finish. The evening also included a live Jamón Ibérico Cebo de Campo carving for guests to enjoy. Caviar and oysters finished this elaborate display.

Our feasting table was not the only showstopper of the evening; our metre-long masterpiece cake had everyone watching. A live piping of this metre-long cake, of course made by our incredible pastry team, adding a touch of theatre to the evening! Brown butter pecan jaconde, chestnut and white chocolate crèmeux, topped with caramelised pecans and figs.
