Selfridges x Studio Mya
SIT DOWN DINNER
We had the pleasure of working with Studio Mya to create an ambient sit-down dinner for Selfridges VIP clients. With our tablescape being surrounded by a selection of musical instruments, this three-course dinner was hosted in the iconic Abbey Road Studios.
We were challenged to curate a dinner which felt balanced and refined that focused on high-quality ingredients and well-considered flavours. The aim was to create a dining experience that was effortless yet with intention, with minimal but elevated presentation.
To align with this brief, our menu consisted of; Spring tomatoes with an aerated feta foam & black olive crumb, English seared wagyu with a caramelised Roscoff onion filled with braised beef, or our signature caramelised cauliflower steak with chickpea ragù topped with coconut yoghurt. Finished off with a dark chocolate mousse.
All elements came together in perfect harmony, an effortless concept fit for such an iconic venue. This will certainly go down as a one-of-a-kind evening.
