OLaplex dinner

EMYP

We worked closely with EMYP to see the launch Nº.4FINE & Nº.5FINE for Olaplex’s new haircare products. The beautiful Pavilion Gallery at Cromwell Place was transformed into a laboratory for a five-course Molecular Gastronomy sit-down dinner hosted by Nicola Coughlan.

 

Inspired by the textures, tonal palettes, oils, and creams of the No.4 and No.5 Shampoo & Conditioner, every bite was a nod to the signature feel of Olaplex’s hero products.

Some of our favourites from the menu included:

Crystal Bread Canapé - a delicate, savoury crunch.

Gazpacho Panna Cotta - using spherification methods, the gazpacho was set in a half-sphere. Once eaten, it dissolved in the mouth with a smooth, creamy finish, preparing the palate for the experience ahead.

Heirloom Tomato Orb - filled with tomato water and basil, wrapped in smoked mozzarella.

A brief that invited us to push every boundary. Thank you for letting us dream big!
