In June 2025, Louis Vuitton hosted their annual Women’s Resort showcase at the Serpentine Gallery Pavilion, coinciding with the much-anticipated release of Murakami Chapter 3. The maison invited Opus 11 to design and deliver a luxurious food experience.

To meet this brief, Opus 11 crafted a concept built around interactivity, innovation, and playful luxury. Chefs prepared canapés front-of-house, turning dining into a live performance that invited guests to witness the artistry behind each creation. This approach added intimacy and theatre to the evening.

The afternoon centred on delicate savoury and dessert canapés, such as vegan stracciatella with LV-shaped candy daikon and cedro lemon served on seeded crackers. Guests were equally captivated by a striking lemon cheesecake sphere wrapped in an apple veil and set upon a diamond sable. As the evening unfolded, the offering expanded into more substantial bowl foods, with highlights including a tuna rose paired with strawberries and tomato water — a surprising yet harmonious balance of flavour.

The experience reached its finale with desserts that combined elegance and playfulness. Whole edible cherries were presented on chocolate soil alongside whipped mascarpone and vanilla cream, while a custom Louis Vuitton ice cream cart offered indulgent sandwiches in flavours of salted pistachio and cherry, rose, and coconut.

For Opus 11, the collaboration represented a proud moment and a highlight of the summer season. The project embodied the shared values of innovation and craftsmanship. Together, Louis Vuitton and Opus 11 delivered an experience that seamlessly blended fashion, art, and food.
