DINNER IN THE SKY

We were honoured to cater for a truly exceptional event celebrating Nicolas Ghesquière’s 10th anniversary with Louis Vuitton at the iconic Leadenhall Building. A gathering of 144 VIP guests came together for an evening that celebrated both fashion and culinary excellence, where every detail was crafted to perfection.

Our creative and culinary teams worked in harmony to curate a bespoke menu inspired by Ghesquière's refined and timeless Fall-Winter collection. The evening began with a champagne, cocktail reception featuring Opus 11 signature canapés such as Yellowfin tuna on squid ink crackers with white wasabi and English wagyu tartare on hash browns with blood orange hollandaise. Guests enjoyed expertly crafted cocktails, including Tommy’s Margarita and a Lychee, Rose & Pear Martini.

The highlight of the evening was the three-course sit-down dinner, starting with a King trumpet & Asian tartare, paired with brown butter pine nuts, sweet turnips, and Oscietra caviar. For the main course, we served Pouched Halibut with sweet potato terrine and herring roe sauce. Finishing with a white chocolate & calamansi mousse, delivering a delicate balance of flavours.

To complement the stunning cuisine, our team choreographed an elegant and dramatic dinner service that perfectly matched the luxurious atmosphere of the event.

From the location to the service and the menu, every element of this bespoke dining experience reflected our commitment to excellence and luxury. We are incredibly proud to have partnered with Louis Vuitton on this spectacular evening, and we look forward to many more opportunities to create memorable, high-end events.
