The service included various elements to ensure that the menu was as dramatic as the space: hand-dived scallops or roasted oyster mushrooms were presented in a scallop shell served on dry ice for the first course, the third course featured a sauce pour element at the table and the chocolate mousse with tangerine jelly desert was served alongside a limoncello infused basil shot.

Wines also played a major role - they were specifically selected by our sommelier to complement each course, bringing yet another dimension to the experience.

After months of intricate planning, watching this concept come to life was a true delight for everyone involved. Frasers Festival was the perfect summer away day for all guests. We provided service and hospitality to the highest level. It was such a great success that the event in now in our calendar every year
