AUDEMARS PIGUET

Tamara Ralph's collection BRUNCH

Empty white space, no objects or scenery visible.
A group of women sitting around a long dining table, with a grand piano in the foreground, in an elegant room with decorative ceiling moldings and soft lighting.

Hosted at the beautiful Audemars Piguet House on Bond street, we catered an intimate 14-guest seated brunch that saw an exclusive preview of Tamara Ralph's new collection.

We worked closely with food-stylist Imogen Kwok to execute this unique presentation, resulting in a beautiful collaboration that turned into a distinctive and memorable concept.

Four small cakes with yellow icing, orange caviar-like toppings, and a small green leaf on a white rectangular plate on a beige tablecloth. In the background, there is a gold spoon, a white butter dish, silverware, and a vase with pink flowers.

The brunch menu consisted of delicate bowl foods, as well as a deconstructed canape display set on the table. The display was designed as a family-style, this allowed for a more immersive experience where guests could build their own canapés.

The Portobello mushroom breakfast bowl, for example, harnessed the neutral tones of the frosted golds, with distinctive pops of colour that were introduced through fresh, seasonal ingredients such as heritage tomatoes, cherries and avocado.

Our chefs crafted a menu that emphasised the graded hues of copper and bronze that reflected the geometric shapes & intricate mechanics of the timepieces. This immersive menu experience was loved by our client and all guests.
